We provide on-site interpreting in a variety of settings and locations anywhere in Jackson.
For conferences, conventions, business meetings, seminars, medical appointments in Medford, Grants Pass, Ashland, Jacksonville, White City, Eagle Point and other adjoining communities. Please call us to schedule an appointment at (541) 826-4323.
Interpreting
Standard Fee: There is a two hour minimum. Travel time is billable at the Standard Fee
Terms: Due upon receipt.
Cancellation Policy: Please make every effort to notify us in case of cancellation. With more than two business days notice, no fees will be charged with some exceptions
Notice of less than 24 business hours: 100% of fees.
Written Translation
Translation: 300 words or less – flat fee.
Over 300 words: Based on a per word fee depending on complexity and target language.
Terms: 50% of fees in advance, 50% of fees upon completion.
Voice-Over
Studio Fee: $120 hour
Editing Fee: $60 hr.
